LDA, ESPN INK RE/MAX WLDC DEAL SPANNING 2010-2012
Power Golf’s Premier Event Continues Long-standing Partnership with ESPN

ROANOKE, TEXAS (June 24, 2010) – Long Drivers of America (LDA) announced today it has reached a three-year agreement with ESPN, the Worldwide Leader in Sports, to televise the annual RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship powered by Dick’s Sporting Goods.

LDA manages and conducts power golf’s premier event, which, after seven months of global qualifying, concludes each fall at the Mesquite Sports and Event Complex in scenic Mesquite, Nevada.

“ESPN’s coverage has been instrumental to the growth in popularity of the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship and to the sport of long drive in general,” said Art Sellinger, LDA’s owner and chief executive officer. “The telecast has been the launching pad for many power golf competitors.”

Sellinger noted ESPN has aired the RE/MAX world finals for 15 of the past 16 years.

“The ESPN family of networks both domestically and abroad pulls in an audience with the depth and demographic composition our marketing partners find invaluable and irreplaceable,” Sellinger added.

Terms of the contract, which covers the years 2010-2012, were not disclosed.

An ESPN production team, led by producer Chris Ohlmeyer, will create a 90-minute and a 60-minute highlight presentation from the 2010 RE/MAX finals for a debut during the holiday season in December. Exact air dates are TBA.

“Chris and his team have produced the RE/MAX show for the past few years, during which time they have developed a tremendous knack for capturing both the nuances of long drive competition and the explosive action on the tee,” Sellinger said.

ESPN GIVES 2009 RE/MAX WLDC FINALS BIG INTERNATIONAL PLAY
16 AIRINGS SCHEDULED FOR ESPN AFFILIATES

ROANOKE, TEXAS (December 11, 2009) - Over the next several weeks, ESPN will have the RE/MAX International balloon in full flight.

ESPN, through its international affiliates, has scheduled a total of 16 airings for a 90-minute highlights telecast from the 2009 RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship finals.

"Sixteen shows? Wow. That represents unprecedented international coverage for power golf's premier event," said Art Sellinger, LDA owner and chief executive officer. "We're ecstatic that the Worldwide Leader in Sports has put together such an extensive schedule."

Sellinger teams with two-time U.S. Open champion Andy North to provide analysis and color commentary as golf's biggest hitters showcase their remarkable talents in scenic Mesquite, Nevada.

Canadian sensation Jamie Sadlowski, 21, claimed power golf's top prize at the 2009 finals, successfully defending his 2008 title, while long drive legend Bobby Wilson, 53, made RE/MAX history by winning both the Senior Division and Super Senior Division titles.

"ESPN will showcase our sport on Christmas Eve in Canada, Christmas Day in the Caribbean islands and New Year's Day in Latin America," said Sellinger. "We couldn't be more pleased with this great exposure."

In the United States, ESPN will debut the RE/MAX finals telecast on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time; ESPN2 will re-air the show on Christmas Day at 2:00 p.m.
